Job summary

Walser Automotive Group is hiring at our Bloomington, MN location to maintain the dealership lot and support every department. You will inspect incoming vehicles, process invoices, and keep accurate records in the DMS. You will also train and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to Walser policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must work well as a member of a team.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination to operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the dealership lot.
• Inspect new vehicles for damage and report transport/lot damage.
• Scan invoices for new vehicles and maintain on file.
• Process Dealer Trade paperwork and data entry into the DMS.
• Enter price changes and audit sales and RD R’s.
• Train and manage staff in company policies and ensure adherence.
