Job summary

Equipment Depot in the Austin area near Pflugerville is seeking a rental professional with some experience in the construction rental industry to identify customer needs and provide solutions that drive profitability through total customer satisfaction.

You will take orders from internal and external customers, coordinate with service operations, help establish competitive rental rates, and ensure accurate billing and records while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate.
• Experience: Related industry experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling and overseeing delivery/transportation personnel preferred.
• Industrial rental knowledge preferred.

• Review and approve service work orders on rental equipment, ensuring warranty is filed.
• Monitor market utilization and trends in the region and report to management.
• Maintain accurate records and files and ensure accurate billing of short term rental contracts.

Qualifications

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Education: High School Graduate
• Experience: Related industry experience is preferred, Experience with scheduling and overseeing delivery/transportation personnel is preferred, Industrial rental knowledge is preferred
• Computer Skills: Skilled in the use of computers
