• Review and approve service work orders on rental equipment.
• Monitor market, utilization & trends in the region and competitor trends to management.
• Maintain accurate records and files.
• Accurate billing of all short term rental contracts.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and gross profit in the contractor division.

POSITION SUMMARY:Rental professional with some experience in related construction rental industry to identify the specific needs of existing and potential customers.
