Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in office/administrative/customer service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate truck and equipment rentals, returns, and related documentation.
• Assist with truck and equipment check-ins and check-outs and basic inspections.
• Support branch operations and assist Branch Manager with rental and sales activities.
• Process rental agreements, paperwork, billing, invoicing, and account follow-up.
• Verify customer insurance and credit requirements; manage office supplies and inventory.

The ideal candidate enjoys customer interaction, staying organized, and working around commercial trucks and equipment. This is not strictly a desk job.
