Rentix Solutions, newly formed through a merger, is seeking a full-time employee to handle customer interactions and support rental operations. This role requires a blend of office duties and hands-on activities with trucks and equipment.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in an office, administrative, customer service, or similar environment preferred.
• Previous rental or equipment industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate truck and equipment rentals, returns, and related documentation.
• Conduct basic equipment inspections and document condition reports.
• Assist the Branch Manager with rental and sales activities.
• Process rental agreements, customer paperwork, billing, and invoicing.

Position Overview

This position combines office responsibilities with hands-on rental operations. The ideal candidate enjoys customer interaction, staying organized, and working around commercial trucks and equipment. This is not strictly a desk job. Team members regularly assist with equipment check-ins, check-outs, inspections, and yard activities to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate truck and equipment rentals, returns, and related documentation.
• Assist with truck and equipment check-ins and check-outs.
• Conduct basic equipment inspections and document condition reports.
• Assist the Branch Manager with rental and sales activities.
• Process rental agreements, customer paperwork, billing, and invoicing.
• Assist with collections and account follow-up.
• Verify customer insurance and credit requirements.
• Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
• Support daily yard and branch operations as needed.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 4 years of experience in an office, administrative, customer service, or similar environment preferred.
• Previous rental or equipment industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (listening, verbal, and written).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn company rental and business systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
