EquipmentShare is hiring immediately for a Rental Coordinator at our rental facility in Houston, TX. The role involves scheduling rentals and maintaining high customer service standards.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours.

Primary Responsibilities

At EquipmentShare, we’re transforming the rental experience with our proprietary T3 technology, enabling our rental coordinators to work smarter by maintaining up-to-date information on every machine and ensuring customers receive the right equipment at the right time.

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process.
• Build relationships with contractors and construction company principals to expand our customer base, educating them on how EquipmentShare can help save money and operate more efficiently.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and keep them informed about new services.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, or complaints.
• Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and enhance customer experience.
