Description

Wiese is known as the leading source for purchasing and servicing forklifts and other material handling equipment, but we also maintain one of the largest rental fleets in America! In this role, you will be involved in the entire rental process - everything from helping the customer determine what type/size of equipment is best for the job they are doing, to arranging transportation for the equipment, to invoicing, to maintaining excel spreadsheets and doing reports. This is a very fast paced position and you will have multiple "balls in the air" at all times. To be successful, it is vital that you are highly organized. Working as a team is the only way to achieve the established goals.

As a team member of Wiese, you will be responsible for promoting our vision, cultural values, and safety guidelines while supporting all that has made Wiese a leader in the material handling equipment and service industry. You will make it a priority to ensure that you and your team members go home healthy every day.



This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday. Some overtime may be required. All work is completed in-office, with no remote options.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in a customer service related position
  • Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel. With excellent data entry skills/speed.
  • Highly organized individual capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, comprehensive background record check, and proof of employment eligibility (E-Verify) are required for any position offered.
