Position: Leasing Specialist

Location: 500 & 520 Park (Luxury Property)

Starting Pay: $20/hour + commission & performance-based bonuses

Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM | Saturday 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

Are you a professional, energetic, and customer-focused individual with a background in sales or customer service? WPM is looking for a Leasing Specialist to join our team at our premier property, 500 & 520 Park. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating a welcoming home for residents.

What You’ll Do

• Lease apartments to prospective residents with excellent customer service and marketing strategies
• Guide prospects through the application and move-in process
• Maintain accurate records of traffic, applications, and lease agreements
• Prepare units for move-in, including basic cleaning and inspection
• Assist with resident retention efforts, including planning community events
• Support the property management team with administrative tasks and vendor coordination
• Represent WPM with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior leasing or sales experience preferred
• Entrata software experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be available for weekend and occasional evening shifts
