Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager for our Boise airport location to lead a fast-paced auto cleaning services team and drive performance. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure top service while maintaining a safe work environment.

Ideal candidates have proven management experience in rental car or similar high-volume settings, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and an annual bonus

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• One year or more of management experience.
• HS Diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor's preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Willing to undergo a background check as per local laws.
