Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions is hiring a Rental Car Customer Service Agent for a partner location. You will greet customers on arrival, expedite rentals, verify licenses and reservations, and explain charges on invoices.

You should be comfortable processing exchanges in the system and resolving issues professionally. Requirements include a valid driver’s license, being 18+, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

The job entails checking in customers as they arrive for their reservation.

What you'll do:

• Greet customers upon arrival
• Expedite the car rental process so customers can get to their destination quickly and easily
• Verify driver's license and reservations
• Assign keys and rental agreements and be able to explain charges on the invoice
• Process car exchanges in the Rental Car computer system
• Resolve customer issues and concerns professionally
