Job summary

REIC Rentals, a fast-growing equipment rental company, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support sales, operations and office teams with a customer-and-safety focused approach.

You’ll handle billing questions, rental contracts, and data entry, while collaborating with Sales and AR to ensure timely payments and accurate records. This role rewards initiative and accuracy in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service/admin in rental or construction environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with proven follow-through and accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with billing questions, discrepancies, and requests; conduct research for accurate resolutions.
• Handle inbound calls and emails related to rental contracts, inquiries, and billing issues.
• Coordinate rental billing with sales and operations to resolve issues.
• Input invoice details into customer portals and maintain organized contract files.
• Follow up on payments, provide statements, and support audits.
