Job summary

Jonathan Dickinson Hospitality LLC is seeking friendly Rental Associates to join our park concession at Jonathan Dickinson State Park. Help us launch improved guest experiences and deliver safe, enjoyable watercraft rentals.

You will greet guests, help choose kayaks or canoes, explain safety rules, inspect equipment, process rentals, and keep accurate records. Must be reliable, customer-oriented, and able to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to meet and/or exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting required.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Rental Associates to join our team and help create a welcoming experience for park guests. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
