Job summary

Jonathan Dickinson Hospitality LLC is seeking friendly, dependable Food Service Associates to join our park food and beverage team at Jonathan Dickinson State Park. The role is outdoor, fast-paced, and team-oriented, with the food truck permanently located in the park.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, preparing and serving items, maintaining a clean work area, stocking supplies, and assisting with opening and closing the truck.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation

Jonathan Dickinson Hospitality LLC is excited to announce that we are the new concessionaire at Jonathan Dickinson State Park! Join our new team and help us launch exciting and improved park operations! We are looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Food Service Associates to join our food and beverage team at a beautiful state park. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, meeting people, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The food truck will be permanently located in the park.

Position Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
• Take customer orders and accurately process cash and card payments
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Stock food, beverages, supplies, and packaging as needed

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of food preparation and storage, sanitation requirements and commercial kitchen equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities in a positive and productive way
• Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment and in close proximity to other people
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting will be required

Experience:

• Food Service experience (1 year minimum preferred)
