Job summary

Jonathan Dickinson Hospitality LLC is seeking friendly Rental Associates to join our park concession team at Jonathan Dickinson State Park. You will greet guests, help them choose kayaks or canoes, and explain safety rules and local regulations.

You’ll inspect equipment, conduct safety checks, and handle rental transactions with accuracy. Ideal candidates enjoy working with people, stay positive, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Able to work day, night, weekend, holiday shifts.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

• Able to meet/exceed customer expectations.
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Join our new team and help us launch exciting and improved park operations! We’re looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Rental Associates to join our team and help create a welcoming experience for park guests. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Position Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate kayaks, canoes or other watercrafts based on their experience level and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about safety guidelines, water conditions, and local regulations.
• Inspect and maintain kayaks, canoes and other watercraft equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Conduct regular safety checks on life jackets, paddles, and other equipment.
• Process rental transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Collect necessary customer information and waivers
• Handle cash and card payments and maintain accurate rental records

Experience:

• Experience: Six months customer service experience
