Job summary

Jonathan Dickinson Hospitality LLC is hiring Food Service Associates to join our park-based team at Jonathan Dickinson State Park. Enjoy an outdoor, fast-paced environment serving park visitors with friendly, efficient food and beverage service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, handling cash and card payments, preparing items, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work as part of a cooperative food truck crew.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food preparation and storage, sanitation requirements and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities in a positive and productive way.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting will be required.

We are looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Food Service Associates to join our food and beverage team at a beautiful state park. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, meeting people, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The food truck will be permanently located in the park.

Position Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
• Take customer orders and accurately process cash and card payments
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Stock food, beverages, supplies, and packaging as needed

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Food Service experience (1 year minimum preferred)
• Customer service experience
