Job summary

Vail Resorts in Beaver Creek, CO is hiring for a Rental Associate to deliver outstanding guest service in our retail rental shops. You will fit guests with equipment, explain usage, and collaborate with teammates to maintain safety and smooth operations.

This winter seasonal role offers a starting wage of $20.00 per hour, flexible full- and part-time hours, and opportunities for training, discounts, and employee perks across the mountain.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional Customer Service.
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops.
• Fit guests with equipment and train you to do so.
• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment and related safety guidelines.
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• May include cashiering and retail sales, and other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

A Rental Associateteam member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

Mountain Activities

Retail Rental operations

Ticket sales or scanning

Lift Operations

Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
