Job summary

Vail Resorts in Keystone, CO is hiring Rental Delivery Specialists for the 2026/2027 winter season. You’ll package and deliver winter gear to guest accommodations, delivering world-class guest service and helping guests select rental equipment and services for their mountain experience.

Starting wage ranges from $22.00 to $29.22 per hour, with full-time and part-time hours available. Housing may be available, and benefits include free employee passes, discounts, 401(k), and training

Job Summary

Rental Delivery Specialists are responsible for packaging and delivering winter gear to guest accommodations. Specialists generate sales through world‑class guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment and providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops.
• Fit guests with equipment - we’ll train you!
• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options.
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standard.
• May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales.
• Other duties as assigned.

A Rental Associate team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

• Mountain Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
