Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Rental Agent in Frisco, TX to support the Service department’s loaner vehicle operations. You will check loaners in/out, assist customers with paperwork, and ensure vehicles are ready and organized for the next use.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience, automotive dealership exposure, and strong organizational skills; valid driver’s license is required. Weekend availability and Saturdays are required.

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Automotive dealership, rental car, hospitality, or similar experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the check-out and return of service loaner vehicles.
• Assist customers with loaner vehicle paperwork and provide professional experience.
• Track vehicle availability, keys, mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition.
• Inspect loaner vehicles at check-out and return.
• Help ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for the next customer.
• Move and stage vehicles around the dealership as needed.
• Maintain an organized loaner vehicle area.
• Assist with general porter and Service department vehicle needs.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and the Service Manager regarding vehicle availability and customer needs.
• Report vehicle damage or concerns promptly.
• Follow dealership procedures for the safe handling and operation of vehicles.

We’re looking for a customer-focused, organized Rental Agent to support our Service department and help keep our loaner vehicle operation running smoothly.
