Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Service Advisor at DCH Kia of Temecula to greet customers, document vehicle issues, and coordinate service from intake to delivery.

You will be the main contact throughout the service process, communicate with technicians, and help ensure an outstanding customer experience that drives loyalty. The role supports a high-volume service center with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience with Kia or Hyundai brands.
• Experience using CDK software.
• Previous experience at an automotive dealership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license.

Pay: Estimated Monthly Earnings $8,000-$12,000

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7am-6pm; Saturday: 8am-5pm

What You’ll Do

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500-$145,000.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales and Individual Gross Profit, and bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
