Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive technician experience.
• Kia dealership technician experience.
• Kia manufacturer training and certifications.
• Strong electrical, diagnostic, drivability, and mechanical skills.
• ASE Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and drivability diagnostics.
• Complete maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Utilize Kia diagnostic tools, service information, and repair procedures.
• Accurately document inspections and completed repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Deliver quality repairs efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Sign-On Bonus

• Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on training and experience.
• Bonus amount determined based on technician training, certifications, and experience.
• 50% of the agreed-upon sign-on bonus paid on the first pay period after reaching 60 days of employment.
• Remaining 50% paid on the first pay period after reaching 120 days of employment.
