Kia of Frisco, part of Lithia & Driveway, seeks experienced Kia Certified Automotive Technicians to join a busy Service Team. Bring Kia training and ASE certs to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles using factory tools and procedures.

You will work in a Kia-focused shop with ongoing training, career growth opportunities, and a sign-on bonus program. A strong emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction defines the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Kia dealership technician experience.
• Kia manufacturer training and certifications.
• ASE Certifications.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Personal technician tools.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and drivability diagnostics.
• Complete maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Utilize Kia diagnostic tools, service information, and repair procedures.
• Accurately document inspections and completed repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Deliver quality repairs efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Kia of Frisco is looking for experienced Kia Certified Automotive Technicians to join our growing Service Team. If you’ve invested in your Kia training and certifications, bring that experience to a busy dealership where you’ll have the tools, training, and support to continue growing your career.

Sign-On Bonus

• Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on training and experience.
• Bonus amount determined based on technician training, certifications, and experience
• 50% of the agreed-upon sign-on bonus paid on the first pay period after reaching 60 days of employment
• Remaining 50% paid on the first pay period after reaching 120 days of employment
