Lithia Kia of Frisco, part of Lithia Motors, seeks a service loaner porter to manage loaner vehicle checkout and return. You will assist customers with paperwork, track keys and vehicle status, and ensure loaners are clean, fueled, and ready for the next customer.

A valid driver’s license and 1+ year of customer service are required. This entry-level role offers the chance to work within a large automotive retailer with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities across Lithia’s Driveway

Formación

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Automotive dealership, rental car, hospitality, or similar experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate customer and dealership vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the check-out and return of service loaner vehicles.
• Assist customers with loaner vehicle paperwork and provide professional experience.
• Track vehicle availability, keys, mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition.
• Inspect loaner vehicles at check-out and return.
• Help ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for the next customer.
• Move and stage vehicles around the dealership as needed.
• Maintain an organized loaner vehicle area.
• Assist with general porter and Service department vehicle needs.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and the Service Manager regarding vehicle availability and customer needs.
• Report vehicle damage or concerns promptly.
• Follow dealership procedures for the safe handling and operation of vehicles.
