Job summary

Cornerstone Auto Group in Stillwater, MN is seeking a friendly Sales Associate who delivers excellent customer service and helps customers find the right vehicle. You will greet guests, demonstrate models, discuss features, and guide buyers through test drives.

This role emphasizes ethical selling, relationship building, and proactive follow-up with customers and referrals. Prior sales or automotive experience is a plus; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year customer service experience; sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers.
• Greet and guide customers at the dealership and assist with vehicle selection.

• Conduct vehicle test drives following road rules.
