Job summary

Cornerstone Auto Group in Elk River, MN is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to join our customer-first team. You will greet customers, guide them through the sales process, and help them find a vehicle that fits their needs.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, at least one year in customer service or sales, and a valid driver's license. We offer paid training, PTO, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience of one year.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Current, valid driver license with driving record that meets insurance company standards.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers.
• Greet and guide customers at the dealership and proceed with the sales process.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs and complete the sale.
• Conduct effective demonstrations with vehicle features and overcome objections.
• Follow up and commit to customer relations after the sale.
• Generate new business by prospecting, and making follow up calls to customer base and referral sources.
