Rent-A-Center in Greeneville, TN is seeking an Account Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, grow sales, and coordinate deliveries and pickups. You will build relationships, help customers with payments, and help maintain showroom standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage rental accounts and drive sales.

Responsabilités

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily collection standards.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups while maintaining showroom standards.
