Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring for an Account Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of rental accounts and delivering exceptional service. You will drive account performance, complete deliveries and pickups, and help grow sales while maintaining showroom standards.

This is a full-time role with a starting hourly rate and opportunities for advancement within the company. A valid driver’s license and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain relationships
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups
• Deliver exceptional white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines
