Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC (MHC Kenworth) is seeking a Management Trainee – Leasing to grow into a Rental Manager role. You will support branch leasing activities, prepare proposals, and coordinate rental contracts while building relationships with customers and service teams.

This on-site program offers hands-on training in sales, rental operations, and fleet management, with opportunities for advancement as you develop leadership and market knowledge across the Georgia market.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple duties.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Goal oriented with a collaborative attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to relocate for advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Sales Proposals for new and existing Rental customers.
• Manage location fleet and execute rental contracts to meet daily reservations.
• Make weekly sales/telesales prospecting calls.
• Ensures all Branch units have the required licenses, permits, and identification.
• Timely collect, audit, and prepare Driver Trip Records.
• Checks in/out rental trucks and conducts daily lot checks.
• Completes rental reports and billing daily and when scheduled.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
