Job summary

Redwood Construction, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily renovation projects across Texas. The role requires managing scope, budgets, and subcontractors, with travel across the state and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of multifamily renovation experience, a degree or certificate in construction management, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered along with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or certificate program preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in renovation of multifamily projects.
• Proven work experience as a Construction Project Manager or Maintenance Supervisor for large-scale multifamily.
• General knowledge of construction practices and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Review due diligence material and bids; manage scope of work to deliver finish package.
• Procure local subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for bidding and execution.
• Manage the RFP process for renovation projects and create bid comparisons.
• Host project kick-off meetings with on-site staff and track live budgets.
• Coordinate with property managers on renovation units from start to completion.
• Monitor construction activities and maintain site safety and compliance (ADA, permits).
• Schedule final walk-throughs and punch-list completion with management.
