Job summary

Redwood Construction, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily renovation projects across Texas. The role requires coordinating budgets, schedules, bids, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality finishes on time and within contract specs.

The position offers a compensation range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually with potential bonuses, a Monday–Friday schedule, and travel across Texas. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or certificate program preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in renovation of multifamily projects.
• General knowledge of construction practices.
• Familiarity with risk management and QA control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review due diligence, gather bids, and manage scope of work for finish packages.
• Procure local subcontractors and vendors for bidding and execution.
• Manage RFP process for renovation projects.
• Create bid comparisons for leadership review.
• Track budgets and schedule updates.
• Coordinate with project teams and site visits twice weekly.
• Ensure work meets contract specifications and quality standards.
