Job summary

Centex Construction seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily renovation projects in the DFW area. You will manage on-site operations, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and ensure work meets plans, budget, and safety standards.

You will lead field teams, monitor progress, address issues, and report to the Director of Operations. This role requires travel to job sites and flexibility with a varied schedule, including weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multifamily renovation construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion and safety compliance.
• Lead on-site teams, enforce safety protocols, manage schedules and resources, and monitor quality and costs.
