Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Financial Analyst to build and maintain financial models supporting cash flow forecasting, valuation, and fund performance analysis in a fast-paced real estate environment.

You'll work across investment, fund, and corporate reporting, applying strong quantitative skills and attention to detail while collaborating with FP&A, Accounting, and Asset Management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Real Estate, or related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling.
• Experience with real estate investment or portfolio analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models for cash flow projections and performance analysis.
• Perform return, sensitivity, and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
• Support GAAP-based forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Asset Management teams.
• Develop automation in models using VBA or R where applicable.
