Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing or related field.
• 3–7 years of technical writing or project documentation experience.
• Experience with capital projects or utility operations preferred.
• Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and document management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical writing and content management for creating and maintaining project management related policies, procedures, manuals, white papers, presentations and other documentation as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes and increase efficiency.
• Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of PMO methodologies and best practices.
• Maintain version control and document management protocols.
• Participate in meetings or interviews with subject matter experts to obtain technical understanding and clarification of documentation requirements.
• Coordinate requests for documentation and evidence.
• Create spreadsheets that compile large sets of data for evaluation and presentation.
• Ensure all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
