Responsibilities

• Showcase available units and amenities to prospective residents.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Collaborate with property staff on marketing and sales strategies.
• Maintain strong occupancy goals and lease renewal programs.
• Prepare rental paperwork and explain lease terms clearly.
• Report hazards and assist with property upkeep when needed.
