Job summary

Myan Management Group, LLC. in Reno, NV is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to keep our apartment community in top working condition. You will supervise maintenance staff, provide exceptional customer service, and support the Property Manager in daily operations.

The role offers competitive pay starting at $30 per hour and benefits, including health insurance and PTO. Typical schedule is 40+ hours per week with on-call emergencies seven days a week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in property management.
• HVAC and EPA certification.
• Available to be on-call 24/7 for emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee make-ready and service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
• Support the Property Manager in daily operations and manage supplies.
• Train staff and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure quality service.
• Identify hazards and ensure prompt repairs to maintain safety and appearance.
