Benco Dental, a long-standing family-owned dental distributor, is hiring a Dispatch Specialist for the Reno, NV area. You will handle inquiries, orders, and service-related issues, while coordinating with technicians and managers to optimize scheduling and customer satisfaction.

The role requires local residency, strong communication and multitasking skills, and a commitment to accurate record-keeping. The position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience preferred.
• Residency Requirement: Local to Reno, Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Communicate courteously and timely with customers (internal/external).
• Cover phones for service calls as needed.
• Monitor and coordinate service tech schedules to ensure timely call completion.
• Interact with service techs and Service Managers to maximize scheduling efficiency.
• Assist with resolving issues that CSRs cannot resolve.
• Research information for credit or billing requests.
• Enter basic part orders using manufacturer or item numbers.
• Bill service invoices accurately with correct item numbers and quantities.
• Keep records of deleted or cancelled calls.
• Document discussions with customers, technicians, sales reps and managers promptly.
• Keep management informed with accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude at all times.
