Job summary

Pivotal Recruitment Ltd is sourcing a Corrugated Packaging Sales Representative for the Reno and Northern Nevada region. You will own your patch, win new accounts, and grow existing business in an industrial packaging space, with in-house support for design and manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has corrugated packaging sales experience, a true hunter mindset, and the ability to manage a territory autonomously. CRM proficiency (Salesforce) and strong relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in corrugated or packaging sales, ideally with a couple of years or more.
Must be a genuine hunter who opens new accounts, not just maintains existing ones.
Self-driven and able to own and manage a territory autonomously.
Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

Win new corrugated business across Reno and Northern Nevada.
Grow and protect existing accounts and improve margins.
Manage full sales cycle from first call to close and ongoing service.
Collaborate with in-house design and operations teams to deliver packaging solutions.
Maintain pipeline health and accurate forecasts in CRM.
