Pivotal Recruitment Ltd is sourcing a Corrugated Packaging Sales Representative for the Reno and Northern Nevada region. You will own your patch, win new accounts, and grow existing business in an industrial packaging space, with in-house support for design and manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has corrugated packaging sales experience, a true hunter mindset, and the ability to manage a territory autonomously. CRM proficiency (Salesforce) and strong relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in corrugated or packaging sales, ideally with a couple of years or more.
• Must be a genuine hunter who opens new accounts, not just maintains existing ones.
• Self-driven and able to own and manage a territory autonomously.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Win new corrugated business across Reno and Northern Nevada.
• Grow and protect existing accounts and improve margins.
• Manage full sales cycle from first call to close and ongoing service.
• Collaborate with in-house design and operations teams to deliver packaging solutions.
• Maintain pipeline health and accurate forecasts in CRM.

Corrugated Packaging Sales Representative

$90K - $120K base + uncapped commission

A global corrugated packaging manufacturer is hiring a Sales Representative to build its business across the Reno and Northern Nevada territory. This is a hunting seat, own the patch, win new accounts and grow existing ones in the industrial corrugated space, with the backing of a manufacturer that does everything in house.

What you'll be doing:

• Winning new corrugated business across the Reno and Northern Nevada territory through your own prospecting
• Growing and protecting existing accounts and improving margin
• Managing the full sales cycle from first call through to close and ongoing service
• Working with in-house design and operations teams to deliver custom packaging solutions
• Keeping your pipeline healthy and your forecasts accurate in CRM

What we're looking for:

• Corrugated or packaging sales experience, ideally a couple of years or more, manufacturing sales considered
• A genuine hunter who opens accounts rather than just holding them
• Self-driven, able to own a territory and run it autonomously
• Strong relationship builder with a consultative approach
• Comfortable with CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Reno and Northern Nevada area
