Present of AI is seeking a renewals specialist to own the B2B software renewal process for mid-size business customers. You will handle quotes, pricing, terms talks, order forms, signatures, and maintain clean CRM and billing records.

A strong candidate will have experience with renewals, be highly organized across dozens of live deals, and contribute to process improvements and automation using AI tools like n8n.

This is the first dedicated renewals hire for a growing group of mid-size business customers, handling roughly 60 renewals a quarter. The work covers quotes, price and terms talks, order forms, signatures, and clean records in the CRM and billing systems. A strong candidate has owned B2B software renewals, stays organized across dozens of live deals, and is happy to build process while doing the job.

How it fits the AI era

Much of the routine work here, such as drafting quotes, chasing dates, updating records and sending reminders, is the kind of task automation and AI can take over. The role is expected to design some of that automation instead of just living with manual steps. Negotiating with procurement, reading customer risk with the success team, and deciding how to save a tricky renewal stay with a person.

How it builds AI experience

The company sells a workflow automation platform, so this role offers a natural place to automate renewal tracking, reminders and forecasting with the company's own product.
