Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of reporting experience.
• 3 to 5 years with Salesforce in renewal processes.
• 3 to 5 years health insurance group benefits experience.
• Experience managing complex renewal/workflow in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to coach team members and provide operational guidance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee renewal processes and related programs.
• Lead daily case calls and review Salesforce cases.
• Maintain relationships with Client Management throughout renewal.
• Coach and guide team through training and workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify risks.
• Provide regular status updates and escalate issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Lead small internal initiatives to improve renewal team effectiveness.
