Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Subscription Services Operations Specialist to join the Renewal team. This role focuses on accurate quoting for new deals built from the installed base, aligning expiration dates, and streamlining renewals.

You will drive process improvements, work with Finance and BI teams, ensure SOX compliant reporting, and help secure revenue before maintenance expirations. Onsite in Santa Clara, CA, you’ll manage high-volume renewals and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sales operations and/or contract administration.
• Ability to organize and prioritize activities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Organizational and follow up skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Inventory/installed base management experience is a plus.
• Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative/backend support to assigned SSR(s) to enable seamless execution of the renewals process.
• Enable pipeline readiness with the understanding of Account Mapping and Territory Alignment.
• Triage and route inquiries from a high-volume renewal inbox to the appropriate functional owner.
• Aim to operationalize the SSR pipeline while optimizing renewal rate, attach rate and term.
• Be a point of contact with Channel Partners & Account Managers to market subscription opportunities and resolve renewal issues.
• Communicate company messages, value propositions, etc., verbally and in writing.
• Review and validate subscription renewals against customer installed base reports and data sources.
• Research original business transactions to position the next subscription cycle.
• Confirm and quote all subscription renewal opportunities for assigned territory.
• Develop and communicate process changes to optimize programs and relationships.
• Track activity in Salesforce and related systems to move renewal opportunities forward.
• Coordinate with Renewal, Sales and Finance to align upgrades with existing renewal dates.
• Verify pricing and data accuracy in internal tools; fulfill installed base requests.
• Handle data-related projects that improve Renewal reporting.
