Protingent Staffing is seeking a Renewals Operations Specialist for a client in Santa Clara, CA. The role focuses on accurate quoting for new deals originating from the installed base, aligning expiration dates, and streamlining renewal processes to safeguard renewal value.

You will support pricing verification, data integrity, and renewal forecasting while collaborating with the BI team to build reporting and SOX compliant processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in sales operations or contract administration.
• Solid Salesforce aptitude.
• Ability to organize and prioritize activities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review accuracy of upgrades executed by field and Inside Account teams.
• Coordinate with Renewal, Sales and Finance to co-term upgrades with renewal dates.
• Verify pricing and data accuracy in internal tools.
• Fulfills installed base requests for field teams.
• Lead data-related projects to improve Renewal reporting.
• Create Renewal opportunities in Salesforce with corresponding quotes.
