The Renewals Manager provides focus and drives consistency in the execution of various customer renewal and revenue retention related matters. A successful Renewals Manager will manage the successful renewal process of commercial accounts, as well as aid in efforts of customer success and retention activities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Support Egnyte’s volume segment of customers by responding to inbound inquiries related to renewals, including questions around existing solutions, user quantities, renewal terms, dates, and pricing.
  • Update quotes and documentation promptly as needed, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the renewal process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue retention and mitigate churn in assigned segmentation of customer base.
  • Maintain & manage territory level reporting
  • Coordinate a streamlined process and systematic approach for annual customer renewals with the aim of increasing revenue retention and expansion while mitigating revenue attrition and contraction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Finance to gain insights into customer needs and provide clear status updates during the renewal cycle.
  • Keep all systems of record (e.g., CRM, quoting tools) accurate and up to date.
  • Ability to successfully retain at-risk customer renewals.
  • Facilitate and ensure effective communication between customers and internal teams, directing inquiries to the appropriate resources as necessary.
  • Ensure that Egnyte’s best practices and methodologies are met on a consistent basis.
  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base documentation for common renewal scenarios.
  • Hybrid office model of 3 days a week in office
  • Will report directly to Manager of Commercial Renewals.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, account management, or collection's role.
  • Demonstrated success of managing client interactions.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk and Jira.
  • Highly data-driven mindset and passion for analytics.
  • A team player comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellentcommunication skills (writing, listening, phone, documentation).
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience from an accredited college or university.

COMPENSATION:

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $50k - $70k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
