Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Lead a Sales Team - Recruit, train, and mentor independent producers.

  • Develop Business Strategy - Set weekly/monthly goals for growth, production, and team expansion.
  • Manage Client Relationships - Maintain trust-based relationships for retention and referrals.
  • Track Performance Metrics - Use CRM and internal tools to monitor sales activity and results.
  • Stay Compliant - Ensure ethical practices and regulatory compliance.
