Marquee Insurance Group in the United States seeks a Renewals Representative to maintain an existing book of business, nurture client relationships, and renew policies as expiration dates approach. You will explain and re-sell MIG’s core services, aligning with sales policies and company goals.

This role requires passing a licensing exam prior to start date and offers opportunities to collaborate with branch locations, provide excellent customer service, and grow within a performance-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate and persuade.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office skills and related computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients.
• Maintain and monitor MIG’s book of business on a rolling 12-month basis, ensuring all renewals are contacted at appropriate times.
• Manage current accounts and assist with customer issues.
• Shop rates from various insurance companies, assemble information, screen accounts for the marketplace, and work with underwriters and finance companies to assemble a competitive insurance package for existing clients.
• Collaborate with other branch locations to make sure appropriate leads are forwarded.
• Follow the highest ethical and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with coworkers in a team-oriented environment.
