Job summary

Marquee Insurance Group seeks a Renewals Representative to maintain and grow our existing book of business. You will nurture client relationships and re-sell MIG’s core services as renewal dates approach.

The role requires strong communication, excellent customer service, and the ability to coordinate with underwriters. A bachelor’s degree and licensing readiness are preferred. We offer a performance-based compensation package and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office skills and related computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients.
• Maintain and monitor MIG's book of business on a rolling 12-month basis, ensuring all renewals are contacted at appropriate times.
• Manage current accounts and assist with customer issues.
• Shop rates from various insurance companies, assemble information, screen accounts for the marketplace, and work with underwriters and finance companies to assemble a competitive insurance package for existing clients.
• Collaborate with other branch locations to make sure appropriate leads are forwarded.
• Follow the highest ethical and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with coworkers in a team-oriented environment.
