Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a Renewal Marketing Specialist to manage end-to-end marketing for small commercial lines renewals (Select). You will examine coverage needs, negotiate terms with carriers, prepare proposals, bind coverage, and coordinate with the local client service team.

This remote role requires proximity to a USI office in CO, AK, HI, OR, UT, WA or WY. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Commercial Property & Casualty, a P&C license, and strong negotiation and communication

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Industry designations such as CIC, ARM, AAI, CPCU preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Sagitta/ImageRight knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use carrier rating tools to secure competitive quotes for accounts up to $10K in revenue.
• Review and validate submissions for completeness and adherence to best practices.
• Respond to underwriters' inquiries and negotiate coverage terms with carriers on behalf of clients.
• Review carrier quotations and prepare detailed comparison summaries.
• Finalize marketing efforts and create client-ready proposal presentations.
• Bind coverage and hand off to the appropriate client service team.
