Job summary

Marquee Insurance Group, a Georgia-based commercial insurer, seeks a Renewals Representative to maintain the existing book of business and renew clients as expiration dates approach. You will re-sell MIG's core services and benefits while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires willingness to take a licensing exam prior to start date, strong communication skills, and teamwork to coordinate with underwriters and branch locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Take licensing exam prior to start date and maintain compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients.
• Maintain and monitor book of business on a rolling 12-month basis.
• Renew and cross-sell core services to existing clients.
• Shop rates and coordinate with underwriters to assemble competitive packages.
• Collaborate with other branches to route leads and support renewals.
