Job Summary

The Renewal Specialist is tasked with driving profitable renewal business by leveraging prescriptive selling techniques, focusing on customer retention and expansion through renewals and unattached business opportunities. The specialist will also offer post-sales support, including data maintenance and administrative assistance.
