Responsibilities

• Oversee renewal processes and related programs and workflows.
• Lead daily case discussions and review Salesforce cases for timely resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for Client Management during renewals.
• Coach team members through training and day-to-day support.
• Gather requirements and assess operational needs with stakeholders.
• Provide status updates and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Lead small internal initiatives to improve renewal and reporting processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to foster a high-performing team.
