Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Renewal and Reporting Team Lead to oversee renewal operations, case workflows, and Salesforce case management. This leadership role emphasizes process improvement, cross-functional partnership, and timely, accurate delivery of renewal activities.

You will mentor the team, lead daily discussions, manage complex cases, and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of reporting experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce and renewal processes
• 3 to 5 years of health insurance experience
• Experience guiding complex workflows in renewal or advisory environments
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee renewal processes, reporting programs, and workflows
• Lead daily case discussions and review Salesforce cases for timely resolution
• Serve as main contact for Client Management throughout the renewal process
• Coach team members through training and day-to-day support
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and mitigate risks
• Provide status updates and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
• Lead internal initiatives to improve renewal and reporting team effectiveness
• Provide leadership and mentorship to maintain a high-performing team
